PRENATAL WORKSHOP

Pamela Hernick believes that mothers deserve the best birth and pregnancy experience possible. During this 5 week series, she will guide mothers to tap into their deep intuition using tools such as movement, breathwork, meditation and philosophy.

"This was a perfect workshop to prepare me for pregnancy and birth. I learned so much about tools to help relieve stress, poses for the pelvic floor or to release the psoas, and a good prenatal yoga flow. I also really enjoyed the information shared by the guest speaker about the pelvic floor and postpartum care. Especially in this trying time with COVID-19, thank you so much for continuing the session virtually via zoom.
