Pamela Hernick is a certified teacher and yoga therapist in the Annapolis area. She has been practicing yoga for over two decades. She’s an experienced teacher and avid learner of new techniques and understanding the many branches of yoga. Her interest lies in the connection between the physiology of the practice, along with the mental and neurological benefits yoga offers. She provides a welcoming environment for both experienced and beginner practitioners alike.
For her, yoga is about creating a space for yourself that allows you to heal mind, body, and spirit. She finds it most rewarding when her students walk out of her class feeling better than when they walked in. She teaches private and group classes in the Annapolis area. Pamela had the privilege of training at Evolutions under the instruction of Tina Lanzoni in both Yin and Vinyasa. She is registered through Yoga Alliance at the RYT-500 hour level and holds a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health.
Pamela lives in Eastport with her three daughters, husband, and two bulldogs.
